Meet Early Years Inclusion Consultant: Jessie McNeale
I hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), Master of Education (Trauma Aware Education) and Graduate Certificate in Autism Studies and have over 15 years’ experience working with children and families across a range of early childhood, primary, secondary and OSHC settings.
Throughout my career I have focused upon supporting the individual strengths and needs of children. I am passionate about play as a natural context for children’s learning and in always working from a strength and relationship-based approach. My two young children with amazing unique brains also teach me new things every day.
I understand the complexities of working within early childhood settings and aim to work supportively alongside educators to help them discover their own strengths and find achievable ways to work towards a learning community where everyone can thrive.
Thank you for inviting me into your service, I look forward to working with your team.
