Meet Coordinator Early Years Inclusion: Jessie McNeale

I am a Senior Early Years Inclusion Consultant and the Coordinator of the Early Years Inclusion team at AQ.

I hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), Master of Education (Trauma Aware Education) and Graduate Certificate in Autism Studies and have 20 years of experience working with children and families across a range of settings.

Throughout my career I have focused upon understanding and supporting the individual strengths and needs of children. I am passionate about play as a natural context for children’s learning and working from a relationship-based approach. I understand the complexities of working within early childhood settings and aim to work supportively alongside educators to help them discover their own strengths and find achievable ways to work towards a learning community where everyone can thrive.
