Meet Early Years Inclusion Consultant: Cynthia Donato

I am a Senior Early Years Inclusion Consultant at AQ and Speech Pathologist (Bachelor with Honours). I also have a background working as an Early Childhood Educator (Diploma). 

I have over 15 years of experience working with children and families. For 10 of these years, I have worked closely with children who are autistic or have developmental support needs. I am passionate about wellbeing and providing supports that are holistic, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming.

I strongly believe in a child-centred and play-based approach, and I view the connection between a child and their caregivers to be the foundation for a child to thrive.
