Meet Manager Early Years Inclusion: Amber McGregor

I am the Manager Early Years Inclusion at Autism Queensland and have worked with the organisation for nine years across a range of services including individual therapy, early years, inclusive education consultancy and in leadership positions.

I am also an Early Start Denver Model Therapist and have practiced as a Special Education Teacher for over 15 years in Australia and the United Kingdom before joining AQ.

I am passionate about inclusion for all and the early childhood education. Through advocacy and the provision of quality services and supports, I believe genuine inclusion starts with the early years and the teachers we support. Through the sharing of knowledge and best practice we can ensure inclusion is everyday practice and all children can participate, engage and achieve their potential.

I am privileged to lead this transdisciplinary team of highly experienced Early Years Inclusion Consultants.
